  • Important Hygiene Note: Certain items are excluded from this guarantee if the hygiene seals are broken or tags are removed. This includes swimwear, underwear, and any personalised goods.

3. Cancellation Due to Our Actions If we have to change the product, price, or delay delivery significantly, you have the right to cancel the contract immediately and receive a full refund for any undelivered goods.
