Order Processing Times
All orders undergo a dedicated picking, packing, and quality-assurance process before dispatch.
Standard Processing: 5–7 working days.
High-Volume Events: During new collection launches, Black Friday, and seasonal sales, processing may take 10–15 working days.
Daily Cut-off: Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT), or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing the following working day.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For our international community, please be aware that orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may incur import duties and taxes as determined by the destination country.
Customer Responsibility: These charges are levied by local customs authorities and are not within the control of Gitmalu. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient.Promotional Shipping: "Free Shipping" offers apply strictly to the transportation cost of the package and do not cover customs duties, local taxes, or courier brokerage fees.Shipment Refusal: If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, the package may be abandoned or returned. In such cases, any return shipping fees or penalties incurred will be deducted from your final refund.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I modify my shipping address?
To maintain efficiency, we begin processing orders almost immediately. Address modifications can only be requested within one hour of order placement. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status after the link has been generated.
What should I do if my package is missing?
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your items, please check with immediate neighbors or your local sorting office. If the package remains missing after these checks, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page. All missing package claims must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
